  4. I think this tense is grammatically more correct, if you want to show a verb tense.
    the itinerary has been detoured by labours of maintenance.
    el itinenario ha sido desviado por labores de mantenimiento.

    "Detoured itinerary provisionally by labours of maintenance. Forgive the inconveniences"
