The element of Turkish cuisine that has been most widely exported and is therefore best   known throughout the world is probably the kebab.

Another meat dish with considerable prominence in Turkish cuisine is the kofta. It is, in its simplest form, a meatball or meatloaf made up of minced lamb or beef and a mix of spices.

Finally, I would like to live at least once in my life in Turkey because I like to experience new cultures and new people with different traditions.
