A summer job.

Dear Pilar,

I would like to enquire about the job offer which appeared in Ideal on  29th 2013. I would be grateful if you would take me into account for the position as a guide for the Science Museum in Granada.

I enclose my CV in order you can see my training and experience as a tourist guide. Last summer I was working as an assistant to a guide for the British Museum. At present, I spend my weekends as a guide in the Alhambra and Albaycin.

I am prepared for this job because I have a high level of English, French and Italian languages. Moreover, I consider myself a polite, organized and sociable person and I am looking forward to working in this area.

I have total availability from June to August. I would be happy to attend an interview.

Yours sincerely,

Clara.

Only public transport should be allowed in cities.

Citizens have different opinions about this topic. There are some different points of views.

On the one hand, if people only use public transport  in cities, we will have a city with less pollution. In addition, we will have a less noisy city,, we will have a less chaotic city and we will have a cleaner city. Granada is a very small city and many people think it is not necessary for us to use the public transport, so, many inhabitants' thought is “let's get the car to move around”.

On the other hand, a percentage of citizens believe that public transport in Granada is a disaster. We have daily buses strikes, the buses are not regular and they also continually intersect streets, moreover, bus routes change.

To sum up, in my opinion, it should be prohibited the access by car to some central streets, but, furthermore, I think the Town Hall should increase the frequency of buses passing by the stops and the number of bus lines.

My interview to Mario Casas

Last week Mario Casas was in Granada. I met him to ask him a few questions:
I asked Mario what was the character he had most enjoyed acting and he replied to me that Angel "Group 7".
I asked him what he would have liked to be if he had not been an actor and he replied, laughing, that he had been a gym teacher before being an actor.
I asked him if he had any fear and he said to me that he was afraid of being alone.
I asked Mario which superhero he would like to play and he said that maybe he would like to play Batman.
I finally asked him if there had been a book that had marked him, and he said that 'Three Meters Above The Sky had marked him in many ways.

My favourite song.

I do not usually have preferences in the songs, but I have a song that I always remember because it brings me good memories. I do not really like the song but the person who taught me  is very important to me.
 I hope you like it.
