LYRICS
Now dance, fucker, dance Man, he never had a chance And no one even knew It was really only you
And now you steal away Take him out today Nice work you did You’re gonna go far, kid
(Chorus) With a thousand lies And a good disguise Hit ‘em right between the eyes Hit ‘em right between the eyes When you walk away Nothing more to say See the lightning in your eyes See ‘em running for their lives

Hi, good afternoon! Yesterday we had the pleasure of interviewing the NBA basketball player, captain of the Chicago Bulls and maybe the MVP of this NBA season (due to his work in the basketball court)... Derrick Rose!
First of all, I’ve asked him how he felt after passing the first round of the NBA play-offs, beating ‘Indiana Pacers’. He answered me that he was satisfied with his team and also that the following matches they would play better.
After this, we started talking abouthiscareeras aprofessional basketball placer.
I asked him if he had enjoyed the high school. He answered me ‘Of course!’, he said that he had won two state championships with his high-school ‘Simeon Career Academy’ (never before one team had done that in Illinois(his home town))
Then, I asked him if he had been a good student at the university. He told me that he hadn’t been a wonderful student but neither a bad one. Also, he told me that he played in the ‘Tigers’ from the University of Memphis but there he hadn’t won anything.
After that, I asked him how his beginning at the NBA had been. He answered me that it had been an honour to be selected in the first position at the 2008 NBA Draft for the Chicago Bulls. Also he told me that in his first year at the NBA it had been amazing to play ‘The All-Star weekend’.
After this question, I asked him if he had received any award. He told me that he had received the award of ’NBA Rookie of the year’ due to he played very well in his first season at the NBA.
Then, I asked how it had been for him to be injured in his second season at the NBA. He answered me that it had been very hard to overcome that; however he said that it had made him stronger.
Finally, I asked him what his trick had been to become such a good basketball player. He looked at me and told me that YOU HAD TO TRAIN VERY HARD EVERYDAY TO BECOME A STAR
Finally, I thanked him for answering my questions!
One day when I was with my family, I told my uncle Ignacio that we could talk about his work. Then, I asked him what he was doing in his work. He told me that he was organizing the work of the bankers in Granada. Next, I asked him what his work schedule was. He told me that he worked from 8am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm from Monday to Friday. After that, I asked him if he was happy with his work. He told me that he thought it was a great job and he was very satisfied to have it. Finally, I asked him what he liked to do at weekends in his free time. He told me that he liked going out with his family, eating with his neighbours, and visiting his parents. I think he's a hard-working man!
Yesterday, I was surfing the net and then I found a fantastic video in YouTube That video was made by a strange crazy boy who has a lot of free time. when I saw the video I found that very funny and because of that I want to share the video with you.
Our guest star last Monday was Victoriano Izquierdo, a former student of IES Padre Manjón.I found it very interesting to hear what he told us about Internet, communication and creativity. I think that people like Victoriano will make a better future. I really admire his enthusiasm and how hard he has always worked, first at the secondary school, then in his gap year in UK and USA and now at the Faculty of Computer Sciences in Madrid. He has always showed a great interest in what was happening around him. He was the first blogger I met. In fact, his computer teacher still remembers when Victoriano, a very young boy then (about 12), went to him and asked: 'Do you have a blog?' and the teacher thought he meant a 'block'. And asked him, 'Why, why should I have a block???And then Victoriano explained to his teacher what a blog was. Here is his first blog: 2dManjon. He continued with blogs, but now a bit more serious: Pixel Fugaz - EL PAIS. But then he started with photos, and he did it really well. He explained to us how it all started when he saw that other people reacted and liked the photos he was taking. And how people still like his photos and ask him to let them use the photos for books, conferences or many more things. He paid special attention to his photo 'Bullying' which he thought of taking while he was waiting for his biology teacher to get to the lab. (Can you recognise the corridor, the lockers... the light).
At school we do appreciate his photos (you can see them in flickr) and if you ever visit IES Padre Manjon, you'll be able to see some photos by Victoriano in the corridor, near the staff room and in the headmaster's office. It's a great honour for us, and I expect it will be a great honour for him too!!
Hello my dear reader! Today I want to tell you about my first interview. It was ten years ago and I was with a new famous singer.
At first I said hello and We started the interview. I asked him why he had started to sing and he told me that he found having a shower boring without singing, one day his sister recorded his ''songs'' and then they did his first CD. I asked him about the new CD that he had done the month before, He told me that the songs of his new CD were tributes to some famous Spanish groups that he loved. (Heroes del silencio, Radio futura, La Unión, Café Quijano, Siniestro total...) Finally he said that he had to go to a party, I said bye and he gave me a signed CD
The interviewer said that that day he was going to interview a student who had gone on a cruise the year before with Padre Manjón high school. He said that the name of the student was Laura.
The interviewer asked her when she had gone on the cruise. Laura said that she had gone after Easter, from April the fourth of 2010 to April the eleventh of 2010.
After that, he wanted to know where the travel had taken place and what cities she had visited.
She answered that she had travelled across the Mediterranean Sea and she had visited Monaco, in France and some cities in Italy like Nápoles, Pompeya, Rome and Florencia.
Then, he asked her what city she had liked the most.
She quickly said that the city which she liked the most was Rome where Fontana de Trevi was.
Finally, the interviewer wanted to know if she would repeat this experience again.
Today, in our five o'clock programme, we're going to remember the interview that we did last Monday to Claudio Navarro, a soldier from Granada.
First, I asked him how many years he had been in the Army. He answered that he had been working for the Spanish Army Forces since he was 29.
Then, I wanted to know what his job was in the place where he worked, and he said to me that he was a nurse, and that his job consisted on giving injections to vaccinate the soldiers who needed them before going to another country for a mission.
After that, I told him to explain us in which military rank he was. He said he was a captain, a three-star captain! When he said it, I was so pleased!
Just then, I asked him for the missions in which he had been, too. He told us he had been in two missions, one abroad and the other in a group of isles in Spain, called "Las Chafarinas". The mission abroad was in Lebanon, a country which was in war at that moment. I also wanted to know how long he had been there. He said he had stayed five months there, in Lebanon.
Finally, I asked him whether he would have to go on another mission in the future. He answered that of course he would. Actually, it was his work life!
Well, we've learnt that military life is difficult, isn't it? Fortunately, now military service ("la mili") doesn't exist...

Pink Floyd were an English rock band who achieved worldwide success with their progressive psychedelic rock music. Their work is marked by the use of philosophical lyrics, sonic experimentation, innovative album art, and elaborate live shows. Pink Floyd are one of the most commercially successful and influential rock music groups of all time. They have sold over 200 million albums worldwide, including 74.5 million certified units in the United States. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1996. and
The band originally consisted of university students Roger Waters, Nick Mason, Richard Wright, and Syd Barrett. Founded in 1965, they first became popular playing in London's underground music scene in the late 1960s. Under Barrett's leadership they released two charting singles, "Arnold Layne" and "See Emily Play", and a successful début album, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn (1967). Guitarist and vocalist David Gilmour joined Pink Floyd in 1968, several months prior to Barrett's departure from the group due to the latter's deteriorating mental health. Following the loss of their principal songwriter, Pink Floyd bassist and vocalist Roger Waters became the band's lyricist and conceptual leader, with Gilmour assuming lead guitar and sharing lead vocals. With this lineup Pink Floyd achieved worldwide critical and commercial success with The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals and The Wall.
Wright left the group in 1979, and Waters in 1985, but Gilmour and Mason (subsequently joined by Wright) continued to record and tour. Waters resorted to legal means to try to keep them from performing as Pink Floyd, but the dispute was resolved with an out-of-court settlement which allowed Gilmour and Mason to continue, and which also released Waters from his contractual obligations to the band. Two further albums, A Momentary Lapse of Reason and The Division Bell followed. Following almost two decades of acrimony, the band reunited in 2005 for a single performance, at the charity concert Live 8.
The fact is I don´t like very much this kind of music but I love The Pink Floyd and i think that this is one of their best songs.
LYRICS
Hey you ! out there in the cold
Getting lonely, getting old, can you feel me
Hey you ! Standing in the aisles
With itchy feet and fading smiles, can you feel me
Hey you ! don't help them to bury the light
Don't give in without a fight.
Hey you ! out there on your own
sitting naked by the phone would you touch me
Hey you ! with your ear against the wall
Waiting for someone to call out would you touch me
Cats tells the story of a group of cats (the Jellicles Cats) who, once a year, in the night, escape from their homes and meet in the dump of the neightborhood to wait for their leader, the Old Deuteronomy. He chosses one cat each year to start a new life on the Heaviside Layer, it's like a special paradise for cats.
This year, the Old Deuteronomy chosses Grizabella, but while he is saying her name, they realized there is a human spying. Directed by Munkustrap, the cats introduce themselves one to one: Jennyanydots, Rum Rum Tigger, Mungojerrie, Rumpleteazer, Macavity, Bustofer Jones, Gus, Skimble...
At the end, Grizabella appears and sing this song, Memory.
I really like this song because it has great lyrics and it shows what Grizabella is like . A time ago, she left the Jellicles Cats to live a glamorous life and now that she is old she is trying to be back, she only finds contempt and rejection.
Daylight See the dew on the sunflower And a rose that is fading Roses whither away Like the sunflower I yearn to turn my face to the dawn I am waiting for the day . . .
Midnight Not a sound from the pavement Has the moon lost her memory? She is smiling alone In the lamplight The withered leaves collect at my feet And the wind begins to moan
Memory All alone in the moonlight I can smile at the old days I was beautiful then I remember the time I knew what happiness was Let the memory live again
Every streetlamp Seems to beat a fatalistic warning Someone mutters And the streetlamp gutters And soon it will be morning
Daylight I must wait for the sunrise I must think of a new life And I musn't give in When the dawn comes Tonight will be a memory too And a new day will begin
Burnt out ends of smoky days The stale cold smell of morning The streetlamp dies, another night is over Another day is dawning
Touch me It's so easy to leave me All alone with the memory Of my days in the sun If you touch me You'll understand what happiness is
Safri Duo is a Danish percussion duo. It is composed by Uffe Savery and Morten Friis. They began working on classical music, in 1999, although they had already recorded some CDs. But after being signed by a label executive who discovered them, a track mixing both tribal and modern electronica was set to be released in 2000. The result was the popular "Played-A-Live" that became one of the most popular songs in Europe that year.
In 2003, they brought out an album called Safri Duo 3.0. Clark Anderson, a new member of the group, sang some tracks, such as Agogo Mosse or All the people in the world, which was one of their greatest hits.
I like this song because of the sense of its lyrics and because it has a catchy tune. I love singing it while I'm having a shower!

The Cranberries are an Irish rock band formed in Limerick in 1989 under the name The Cranberry Saw Us, later changed by vocalist Dolores O´Riordan. The band is formed by a guitarist (Noel Anthony Hogan), a bassist (Michael Gerard Hogan), Fergal Patrick Lawler as the percussionist and the vocalist, Dolores Mary O’Riordan Burton. The Cranberries are famous for a lot of songs such as "Animal Instinct", "Dream"... but my favourite song is "Zombie". I like this group so much because of the voice of the singer, she is fantastic! and in a concert she is even better! And I have chosen Zombie because when I was only a child, I sang this song without knowing about the group and the meaning of the song.... but when I discovered the song again, I felt really happy and now I can´t stop listening to it!
In your head ! In your head.... Zombie zombie... What´s in your head?!...
A few days ago, I interviewed one of the players that played with me in the Andalucian Tournament.
She told me that her full name was Elena Aragón de la Torre, after asking it to her.
When I enquired her how old she was, I was amazed by her answer, she was only fifteen!
I wanted to know how long she had been playing football, Elena replied 9 years, after having some doubts in counting.
She also said that she normally played as a wing but her position often changed, answering the question, in which position she played.
Elena added that she had been playing in 3 teams, after asking her in how many teams she had played, all of them were from Cadiz, where she is from.
I asked her around how many goals she had scored in those 9 years, she answered around 240. A total striker! :)
I wanted to know who her favourite player was, at what she said straight away: Lionel Messi. From that we could deduce that her favourite team was F.C. Barcelona.
Finally, I demanded her something I've always wanted to know: what her dream for the future was. She answered taht her dream was to play with the Spanish team as she had already played with seleccion gaditana and Andaluza.
I interviewed a man who was watching TV in my living room:
- I asked him who he was and he told me that he was my father, he hoped.
- I asked him how he had met my mother and he told me that he didn’t remember it, he was drunk when he met her.
- I asked him if he had taken a shower that day and he said that he had not taken a shower because that day wasn’t a Sunday.
- I asked him what he was watching on TV and he told me that he was watching a mysterious program where people were shouting and applauding for no reason. The program’s name was “Sálvame”.
- I asked him whether he was famous and he said that he could be a famous actor but he preferred to be modest.
- I asked him if he loved me and he told me that he loved me, but then he said that he preferred the dog because he didn’t ask him questions, so I finished the interview.

I'm Laura Milán and I was with Fernando Alonso yesterday. I asked him about his life and his career and his answers were: First I wanted to know how he felt in his personal life and he said that he was really pleased and he was eager to begin the F1 competition.
Then I asked him about his last race and he answered that his car was much faster than it had shown last week before and he also told me that he hadn't had good luck but a fourth position hadn't been a bad position.
Also I wanted to know what expectations he had for his next races and he told me that he expected to improve his car and get better results in the following races because he had a competitive and fast car.
Finally I asked him how he felt in Ferrari and what the atmosphere was like in the scuderia and he said that he felt comfortable and motivated and Ferrari scuderia was eager to win a lot of races.
I thanked him and said that I expected to see each other soon and he said that he also expected so and thanked me for the interview.

No Stress
Lyrics:
I don’t wanna work today Maybe I just wanna stay Just take it easy cause there’s no stress. I know it’s not an awful crime, Something special in my mind, Nothing’s gonna cause me distress.
I like to hear this song when I go out or when I had had a really busy day.
