Iceland means ''Ice earth''. Iceland is situated at the confluence of the North Atlantic
 and Arctic Oceans, on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge.



Iceland doesn't have any borders, is surrounded for the Atlantic Ocean.

 kmwhich makes it the most sparsely populated country in Europe.

The capital of Iceland is Reykjavík.

Other important cities of Iceland are Keflavik, Kópavogur and Hafnarfjörour in the southwestern tip of the island, with cities like Keflavik or Kópavogur, Hafnarfjörour. Akureti, in the north of this island. Seyoisfjörour is a city in eastern of Iceland.
